Thank you for starting this thread. I keep meaning to start one for ARC and SCC as it doesn't seem like they have one.

Hi! I just got my email today too and I was accepted! Good luck to everyone 🙂
WOW! Congrats! Can I ask how many points you had, how many times you applied before and had you taken most of your classes at Sierra? This was my first time applying to Sierra and I'd only ever taken a Sociology class there.

Thank you so much! I had 80 points, 95% on the TEAS, and a 4.0 GPA. I've taken all of the prerequisites at Sierra and this was my first time applying!
Thank you so much 😊 so I applied with 85 points but it would've been 90 if my associate degree had been posted in time. It was also my first time applying. I had a 3.64 science GPA as I had a B in anatomy (don't recommend taking it over Summer LOL), 4.0 in all other prereqs and co reqs, 93.3 TEAS, points for working as a CNA, and points for speaking another language. It was my first time applying, I've taken a lot of classes at sac city but I had taken anatomy and physiology, English, nutrition, and human development at Sierra.
Did they announce for Fall and Spring, or just Fall?

Hi everyone! Has anyone received an email about how we are supposed to register our nursing classes? Will they automatically enroll us or do we enroll in the class?

Hi everyone,
does anyone know the TEAS remediation policy for Sierra? Specifically, can you take the test more than one time to get a better grade, and if so, how much time needs to lapse in between attempts? I cannot find this info anywhere on the website.

you can retake it, I took my second attempt like three weeks after my first. I submitted my application with my second TEAS score without having to submit a separate form like ARC.

Hey there!
Not a student here yet, I'm currently focused on completing my pre-requisites (FLC/ARC) and I was hoping to get some tips from you all on how I can improve my chances of being accepted into the program later on. Honestly, navigating the similarities and differences between colleges seems even more challenging than studying anatomy, haha!
TIA!
