shut off at 75q...how many select all must have before u pass

i took my nclex in hongkong, stopped at 75q, only 2 select all dat apply, what is the chance of passing?

my select all were mostly signs and symptoms so i was thinking that it belonged to the recall and recognition, they said recall is just the first level in terms of difficulty of the exam. i had priority, delegation, MS, signs and symptoms, some meds... even herbal meds,and i thought most of my answers were wild guesses.... im really sad about it after the exam.

Just curious. What is the reasoning behind thinking and sounding so sure that California will never have quick results?
