Hello everyone! I am a new CRNA student who is starting school at Rush University in Chicago in May 2014. I am currently working in Ohio in an ICU until we move in April (my boyfriend has a travel nursing job). When I get there in April I was wondering if I should get a travel RN position, staff position, or just serve at a restaurant. I am nervous of being overwhelmed in a new city with school and a job, but would really like to save money. I will be taking out loans...any advise would be appreciated!![/quote']It's usually not advised. Ask about your specific program to get the best answer. Every school is different but the 2 classmates that worked in my program quit after clinicals started full time.
