Should I stay.. should I go

Hi everyone,

So I'll make a long story short as possible, I'm a seasoned CNA currently in school for my BSN going to school part time two children husband all that good stuff. My problem here is Have been working at a prestigious hospital for over four year now and it just seem like I'm over it the CNA aspect of things anyway, I recently transferred into an ICU for strictly nights thinking that would be better but now I'm thinking not so much. I really just want to leave and come back as prn since it isn't being offered to me currently and just finish up school and take a pay cut working somewhere else during day shift so I can finish my schooling and have a normal life at least until I'm finished school because at least then I can focus more on school and my family but I feel like I'm stretched so thin right now. Side note I already have multiple offers for day shift jobs and prn jobs not same pay but it's something I'm genuinely interested in.
