Hello, I recently got hired at a new grad program in a children's hospital in SoCal and one of the onboarding forms is a *optional* arbitration form. I was wondering what are your thoughts on this? Should I sign it or waive it? Will there be consequences if I don't sign it?
I am trying to learn more about it since this is all new, but any advice is appreciated!

I have never heard of this although Google tells me it is popular in California. If you did sign it I would strongly encourage you to keep a copy of it.
