I think you haven't gotten any responses thus far because your question is so general. But I'll give it a go.

First of all, the only people in the 'medical field' are physicians.... the rest of us are in 'health care' or 'nursing care'. They are decidedly different environments. :D With VERY different incomes.

If you think you want to go into nursing, take a few college classes that are pre-requisites for nursing studies - I would suggest chemistry, anatomy & physiology, microbiology. Then, if you find that you have an affinity for life sciences - finish your pre-requisites and apply to nursing schools.

There are no short cuts.

However, if your primary motivator is 'big bucks' and you are already working in radiology, why don't you pursue that area? I don't know about your part of the country, but down here specialty radiology (ultrasound, CT /MRI tech, etc) techs are paid very well.

I haven't been able to work taking limted x-rays I literally looked for a year but no one would hire me because I had no experience how am I supposed to give you experience if I just graduted from school, this is five years ago and I said that I would not go back to school but i just enrolled in a real college for nursing I'm not the type of person to just give up as you can see it's ok I'll go into Accounting or something we''l see
