Should I get my RN-BC in psych?

I’m currently halfway through a PMHNP program and will graduate next Summer. I have been contemplating sitting to test for the psych RN-BC exam, but I’m not sure if it’s worth it since I will be sitting for PMHNP boards in less than 2 years….Thoughts??

I see this post was from over a year ago, almost 2 years. Did you ever obtain your RN-BC and did it help you in any way?
