Should I get a job in a hospital while in nursing school?

Hi, I recently got accepted into a two year RN program. The school is through a local hospital, and it is pretty reputable in my area. I have a job right now that pays pretty well, and unfortunately I don't think I'd be able to leave it. Should I look in to getting a job such as a PCT in a hospital part-time? From your the experiences, and I know everywhere is different, will hospitals hire new nursing grads who have no hospital experience whatsoever? I'm confident I can achieve very high grades, but will that be enough? If I need to explain anything better please let me know!! Just looking for some advice!!
