Should I assume I failed NCLEX-RN if I got the bad pop on PVT trick

I'm really depressed because I don't want to have to deal with this test again. I took it for the first time this morning and it cut me off after 75 questions. There were a lot of questions I guessed on. I did the PVT trick twice using a wrong expiration date and got the message my payment was declined. However, I saw that many people have gotten false negatives and passed. I took the exam in California and the breeze website is giving me an option to retake the exam. I heard that is also a bad sign. I don't want to be sad in case I do end up passing. I expect my quick results to post within 48 hours but it feels like such a long time.
