Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for shipping companies from UK-USA. My fiance is probably off in a month so I may as well ship most of my stuff with him.

We are not there yet but have had a couple of quotes.

I noticed you live bristol we live about 1/2 an hour away and one company who quoted from our area.

Thank you for that, I will check them out also. I have had one quote so far which was £650, no idea if this is good or not! We are only moving items such as Dvds, Cds, books, clothes, shoes, my scrapbook stuff, a few pictures, photo albums, photo frames etc oh and a desktop computer.

Hi. I've a a similar quote from mini moves. We are only moving same kind of items as you. Didn't think the quote was too bad as I'd had dearer ones up to £1250.
