I'm applying. When I took the TEAS at Shelton in March, the test administrator told us that they wouldn't be using the TEAS anymore after this year and they would be using the ACT score instead. The Shelton website did have up their new curriculum for a few hours but they have since took it down. Luckily for me, my wife was able to get a copy. The admission standards look to be the same as last year. Whats different is the curriculum has been redone. For example, assuming you have all your prerequisites completed, you'd take 1 nursing class the first semester (last year I believe it was 3). Also, the test administrator said they were looking to accept around 100 students because the LPN program will no longer be a stand alone program which is gonna suck for any prospective LPNs.

Hi! I am creating this post because I am interested in the RN Mobility program at Shelton State Community College. If anyone knows what the starting points may be to get in or what they may be looking for regarding the new criteria, please let me know. I will post info as I find out also. So with that being said, who else is applying?
