Sharp New Grad Vs. Providence TIP Program

Hi! I was wondering if anyone has any input on the quality of the Sharp New Grad RN Residency Program and the Providence TIP Program. From an outside look, both seem very similar and are difficult to choose between, other than the difference in location of course. If anyone has personal experience in either program, I'd love to hear how it was for you!
