Is there anyone who was gone through interviews for Sharp Mary Birch's L&D new grad program, that can share how the interviews are like and what type of questions are asked?

I did. I'm very nervous and was hoping someone could share their experience. What was it like? Do they ask a lot of clinical questions or are they more behavioral? I know someone who was hired for the new grad Sharp oncology Unit and half of their questions were clinical nclex style. I haven't been able to find anyone who has interviewed with Mary Birch L&D, though.

I'm sorry, I haven't interviewed with them. I also applied but just hadn't heard back. Best of luck in your interview though!
