Is there anyone who was gone through interviews for Sharp Mary Birch's L&D new grad program, that can share how the interviews are like and what type of questions are asked?

Do they ask a lot of clinical questions or are they more behavioral? I know someone who was hired for the new grad Sharp oncology Unit and half of their questions were clinical nclex style. I haven't been able to find anyone who has interviewed with Mary Birch L&D, though.
