SERVANT LEADERSHIP ...whats your opinion?

Looking to review this method leadership, what are your opinions on servant-leadership in nursing?

Paternalism in action. Some of the ideas are good, taking care of your staff but some is Baptist Conservative Party line beliefs being hidden behind a veil of management theory. Our "leadership" has been touting it but they don't do follow through very well.:o By the way I was raise dn Baptist church, don't hold out much hope for current views of male leadership, head of family etc. I'm single, can you tell!:rotfl:
