Sentara Hospitals/Pay Rate?

Published

Does anyone know how much Sentara Hospitals pay per hour for new grad LPN's. I know that RN's start out at close to $19 an hour before any shift differentials.

This is from the website:

Salary Potential

The entry -level salary in Sentara Healthcare is $22,4000 to $29,000 annually, depending upon the area of employment. The higher salary dollars are usually offered in those areas that have the greatest need for Practical Nurses.

Thank you. I don't know how I missed that. I've read that page a billion times. LOL.

Michelle,

I am an LPN @ SNGH (as well as a 2nd semster RN student @ Sentara). I make $15.00/hr plus $4.00/hr evening shift diff! Not bad considering I started as a brand new grad LPN 6 yrs ago @ $8.55/hr!
