Sentara BSN Spring 2022

Has anyone else applied to Sentara College of Health Sciences for the 2022 Spring semester? I know we're supposed to find out by June 30th if we got in. ?

I know, I wake up every day and count down the days. I have three kids so that helps my days pass faster ?

Hi all!  I am a senior in the program, still seems so weird, I remember waiting like you guys are.  They will send out acceptance emails in waves.  Do not freak if you don't get one in the first wave, some didn't hear anything for 24 hours.  I actually got my acceptance on the 29, but it was a Saturday.  I will keep my fingers crossed it comes early for you guys as well!

Hi!! That’s amazing congrats to you! are there any tips you can give us? Like anything to focus on before starting? I hope we all get in!! It’s so close. The anticipation is killing me ?? thank you for responding here. Gives me hope! Thank you so much for your kind words!

Rest, organize your house and life the best you can in preparation LOL.  The first semester is a crazy one as you get used to the program.  Be prepared for things to change last minute because something will.  They are pretty good about giving us notice, but sometimes you just have to go with the flow and understand that things don't always work out as planned.

thank you for the advice! I’m so nervous! I really hope I get in. I’ve been looking into Sentara since I moved here in 2011. It’s been such a long term goal. It’s so weird, exciting, and nerve racking all at the same time to get to this point! ? I have a 4.0 GPA, but my TEAS score wasn’t as high as I wanted it to be. We will see though!! I tried messaging you privately on here but it won’t let me LOL
