I was wondering if anyone is currently working a an Independent contractor for Seniorbridge? I printed off all the forms to fill out and would like as much input as possible before I fax them. I had a question about being available 24/7? That seems next to impossible being the only person!

I faxed my paperwork in and also have started some of the extensive training. Its all independent and self paced learning on the computer. Would really like to hear from someone who is up and running and wondering how easy it is to keep a caseload being independent versus working for an agency contracted by seniorbridge, humana.

How was it picking up a caseload? Is it difficult to pick up 20 or so cases?

Hi, I just completed my training and I have a couple of questions? Is anyone currently working as a care manager? How is the paperwork? How do you return the paperwork? Are the assessments pretty long? The self-study modules provide a lot of information and it gets confusing.

I smell a rat. Humana is one of the largest health insurers in the country. You should be getting excellent training and benefits. Read the Glassdoor reviews.
