I'm entering my senior year of my BSN program out here in CA, and looking for some advice. For those of you who've graduated, passed your NCLEX, and gotten into new grad programs...congratulations!
As for the rest of us, (I'm speaking for several of my fellow classmates) we'd like to know: what can we do during this final year of school to maximize our time and make ourselves marketable to new grad program recruiters? We want to hone our résumés so we can get hired (and who doesn't?).

Hey everybody.
Hopefully we can all benefit from the tips here.
Thanks in advance!
