Self esteem

I have really low self esteem and this has affected my grades in school

what can i do to increase my self esteem?

what can i do to motivate myself to study and do well in class?

its not like i dont study at all...i do, quite a lot, but i end up barely passing exams which only shoots my self esteem down.

Idk what to do :/

Why is your self esteem so low?

Have you considered utilizing a tutor or a learning center at your school? They may be able to give you some good strategies that will help you get through your exams and such. They can help you learn to study smarter, not harder. You can study for 8 hours and not retain a thing, or study for 4 hours and really get down the material. HOW you study is really important, and getting those skills down ASAP will determine your success.

Good luck!
