Seizure precautions careplan

I am writing a care plan for a 2 year old that was in the hospital for 23 hour observation following a suspected seizure and obvious post-ictal state upon coming to the ER. As soon as i gathered my information for my careplan, the pt was discharged. I have no abnormal findings or any abnormal lab results and I need 4 nursing diagnoses and Im having a tough time coming up with em. anyone help?

This seems like something you can look up yourself. I think you'd learn a lot from that. Think about what need to do or what happens during a seizure and what you would in the event of a seizure ot teach the parents. There are still care plan help links on the site.
