I am a new grad RN (graduated just 3 weeks ago), havent taken the Nclex just yet am already to preapring to enter the working field, by applying for work (espcially new grad programs). I am currently working on my resume and cover letter. I should mention that aside from clinical rotations in school, I do not have any other experience in the health field, which makes me incredibly nervous in regards to finding a job.
