Hello,
I have my BSN and really want to take the next steps to become an NP. I currently work and live in NYC and also have RN licensure in NJ. I work full time (50 hrs/week) so would need a part time program.
So far I have found online programs to be very expensive, and the ones that seem affordable, will not accept NY residents.
There are so many NPs working these days, how did they manage? Where did they study?
I'm stuck.

Hi!
Wondering if you were able to narrow it down and find out some affordable schools? I'm in the same boat, I live in NY and have been seeking a WHNP program. There is only one offered in the entire state of NY , and almost all online programs I have seen do not accept NY applicants. Anything you have been able to find that isn't 100k for tuition?
St. john Fisher and Utica have online NP programs but they are too expensive. I think my best bet is to do my MSN online and then take an NP certificate course
