Seeking advice RE:nursing university/job

I am thinking about beginning a second career as an RN. Before I hand the university more money for education towards a second career, can anyone tell me about their college/university experiences (UWO or otherwise) as well as their experiences with the London ON/surrounding area job market for new grads. Is it mostly very experienced nurses getting jobs etc.

Any tips or advice you have would be helpful!

What college/university are you considering? Am I right in thinking you are looking at Ontario Canada?
