Section D: Nurse Compact Declaration? but i'm still living in the Philippines?

i am currently a volunteer nurse in the Philippines. I have already processed my CES with CGFNS but they failed to notify me upon issuing my CES to The Texas BON. i haven't passed my application form to texas bon yet cause i'm having difficulty with Section D: Nurse Compact Declaration where in i should declare my primary state of residency...

In accordance with the Nursing Practice Act, section 304.001, art. 4 and 22 TAC 220.2, check one of the following:

I declare Texas as my primary state of residence and I have provided a Texas address. I am eligible for a

Compact Texas License (if applicable, once you receive the Texas license, your other compact state license(s) will beinactivated).

I declare Texas as my primary state of residence but I have not provided a Texas address. I am eligible for aSingle State Texas License only.

I am declaring a Non-Compact State as my primary state of residency. My permanent residence is a state notparticipating in the Nurse Licensure Compact. I am eligible for a Single State Texas License only. (You may visithttps://www.ncsbn.org/Implementation_dates_list.pdf for a listing of participating states) I declare that the State of________________________________ is my primary state of residence and that such constitutes my permanent andprincipal home for legal purposes.

I am declaring another Compact State as my primary state of residence. Therefore, I understand that I cannotreceive a Texas license at this time (temporary or permanent), but I wanted to get the process started. I will

submit a Sworn Declaration of Primary State of Residence form when my primary residence changes to

Texas or a non-compact state. I declare that the State of ________________________________ is my primary state ofresidence and that such constitutes my permanent and principal home for legal purposes.

can anyone help me please? :)

I would check with the Texas BON. Since you are not residing in the US, none of the choices above apply to you. The closest "fit" would be option #3, the "I'm declaring a Non-Compact State as my primary residence" (since the Philippines are certainly "Non-Compact").
