Seattle University requires you to take Math 110 or higher (for example- pre-calculus) as well as a statistics class. I don't know which college you are attending, but at Bellevue College Math 138 is intro into statistics and I have confirmed with Seattle Admissions that Math 138 is in fact a required class.

It's math 146 at SSCC. In addition to that I believe they require college level algebra (which is usually a Pre-req to statistics).

Looking at past forums for SU SoN, it looks like they received their letters around March 24-29th... So next week maybe?!?!?!

I hope so!!! I'll be happy if I know before March 31st, so I can drop classes before they start!

Irienna, maybe next week, but I heard they were running somewhat behind due to the massive number of applicants- about 600!!!
Hasn't this been the norm for the past few years?
I don't know, but a friend (who is also applying) said she called and they said it would be after the 1st because of the unusually high number of applicants. I hope whoever she talked to was wrong though- I'm taking pre-calc next quarter online, which is going to kill me, and I would rather not if I don't have to!

If they are waiting until after April 1 it sounds like they are possibly waiting for win 2013 grades to come out. They had an entire extra month to decide and spu gets their out in time so I doubt it's due to the extra applicants. That's lame :/

I'm calling SPU to find out when they're sending out notifications to transfer students. This obsessively stalking my mailbox is so unnecessary. Ugh!
I just called SPU after getting my mail today and the person said the transfer student notification letters are going out today. Eek! I should have it tomorrow or Friday if so! Very nervous!
