I didn't see any thread for Seattle U BSN transfer program fall 2013. Lets see if anybody else applied other than me lol..

I wonder if they have someone checking forums... Just a silly thought.

Yes but I wish they'd figure out an effective and fair process for notifying. I hate playing this waiting game. If SU mailed the letters out on Monday like i was told, I'd have received it by now. It's just like why happened with SPU (and, btw, my letter that was supposedly sent out last wednesday was dated yesterday). I just hate being given a dangling carrot :/

I wonder if SU will notify like SPU did? Where the acceptance letters go out first and then the rejection letters? I keep thinking I have a chance, and then the next minute think I have no chance. I wish we could fast forward to when the letter gets dropped off. :nailbiting:

I haven't yet. Were we supposed to? I figured I would send them once I got an acceptance letter.

Someone said we were supposed to a few pages back. I guess we may as well wait at this point since letters will arrive any day. I'm just nervous.

When I first applied to WSU, someone emailed me about transcripts. I guess there was an issue accessing mine...Anyways, one of the admission people said that since they counted ALL my grades (even ones from when I was 18 years old and have NO relevance to nursing at all....kind of stupid) that my GPA was too low to be considered. When you count every class I have ever taken (even Early Childhood education for some reason.....?) my GPA is, like, a 2.7. Which I think is kind of an unfair evaluation of transcripts because my RELEVANT gpa is 3.6.

I'm sorry to hear that from you... I live very close to SU. but I still didnt receive any mail yet. I think I will get rejected too. I feel very disappointed already. Life is so hard.

UPDATE***

I called SU undergrad admissions just now and was told they sent them out Tuesday, Thursday and today. We should receive them no later than Saturday if this is true. But honestly, I've always dealt with such nice people from SU and they've been honest about their decision process from the start. For example, telling us they were behind in the decision process which would result in letters being sent out this week. So exciting!
