Once again I am asking for help... (no suprise there then)
and I am trying to find some articles on debreifing/ reflection following critical incidents such as respiratory arrests.
Using the terms 'debreifing' 'critical' 'incidents' and 'reflection' and 'crisis intervention' I have found very few articles.
So I wondered is it me... I am pretty sure that it is recomended practice to debrief after critical incidents, but I can not find the articles to prove it.
So is it me? are there some other search terms I should be using?

Try CISD - "critical incident stress debriefing"...I believe that's what they call it. I'll do a quick search myself & let you know if I find anything.
Yes, if you put in just like this - "critical incident stress debriefing" you will get a ton of stuff. There is even an "International Critical Incident Stress Foundation" - go figure: http://www.icisf.org.
