Hi! I applied for BSN and recently saw the post on FB that this year SDSU got the new max number of applications! It's about 19,000(( I guess there much more nursing applicants as well. I'm really sad about it since it is the only school I wish to get into! But who knows)) I'm going to retake TEAS as my last chance, my first score was only 82, definitely too low for State...
I'm applying for the BSN as well. I don't think there's any applicant pool statistics available online, but there are a couple of threads from previous years on allnurses you can find if you're willing to sort through them! It could help give a ballpark estimate of the applicant stats for this year. I have around 69 points total I believe.
I am also applying for the BSN program at SDSU! It is definitely my top choice!! I went there for an advising session and it was amazing. I've heard it's incredibly difficult to get in though. I have a cumulative GPA of 3.94, prerequisite GPA of 4.0 and scored a 93.3% on the TEAS. No work experience. I think that's 71 points according to their grading scale.
