Hi everyone, noticed there was not a thread for this upcoming cycle so wanted to make one so we can all keep each other updated 😄

Damn it's so competitive. I was trying to calculate how many people interviewed for CCU/MICU. I think each interview was about 10-20 minutes and they interviewed for 6 hours. So they probably interviewed 24-36 applicants. And didn't they say we were interviewing for 2 units, CCU and MICU? So maybe they'll hire 2-3 for each unit. That's like 10-16% chance of getting hired LOL.

Yeah the math is not fun to look at LOL, but we gotta stay hopeful. For your panel by the way, were the interviewers from only MICU or CCU? Or were they a mix of both

I interviewed with only 2 managers. I am not sure which unit they are from. But I think originally there were 4 managers, but they had to split due to the amount of people they had to interview.

How about you?

Also had 2 and also don't know which unit 😞

Hi unfortunately the application for this cohort was back in December I think :(( I believe there will be another application opening around May if I'm not mistaken

Hey I heard interview invites were sent out for MICU/CCU! Did you get anything?

Yes I did get an invitation for the 2nd round. It's this Friday! How about you?
