Hi everyone! 

Starting this thread for anyone applying to the Scripps March 2026 New Grad RN Residency. I know these application cycles can be stressful and full of waiting, so hopefully this can be a space where we share updates, timelines, interview invitations, rejections, questions, and anything else that helps us stay informed and sane 😅.

I applied! I just don't remember exactly what 2 units I put as preference I for sure did trauma observation which is Scripps Mercy if I'm not mistaken. I have a BSN, currently working for the past 2 months at a SNF 🫩 I graduated in Jan 2025, passed NCLEX in April & applied everywhere with only 2 interviews. 1 I wasn't given an offer & 2nd the job I'm currently in. I've still been applying and nothing. It's really rough out here. 
Graduated with no direct patient care experience (which I regret) but was a medical scribe in the ER at a level I ER but apparently that's not good enough even tho I have recommendation letters from the ER attendings.
