Any insight? into don't want to login into it and not be able to back out if its intense. Should I prep for it or is it pretty basic questions?

did they change the interview? I applied for their Jan 2026 cohort and its asking me to do it again

From what I remember it was 10 questions, it is self paced so once you begin it takes you to the first question which they give unlimited amounts of tries you get to record your response to each question in a video before you move to the next. They are pretty straightforward and not stressful in my opinion. They give you 72 hours from when you submitted the application to open your HireVue and submit your 10 video reponses so definitely be aware or else your application can get marked as incomplete.

I haven't logged in yet to know if they switched the questions but I just know that after 6 months of your last video submission they require you to redo the question reponses.

Following! Just submitted my self paced interview! Those that have applied before, how long does it usually take after submitting this to hear anything back? Best of luck to everyone! 🙂

I got an email earlier today saying my application was forwarded to the hiring manager at encinitas

Are you external or internal? Did you hear anything back about scheduling an interview?
