Scripps New Grad Nurse Residency August 2024

Starting a thread for the Scripps New Grad Residency Program that starts in August, good luck everyone! 

Good luck everyone, keep holding out hope because I honestly think they're just screening the internal applicants to start off right now! I did a live panel interview today actually with Scripps La Jolla Med/Onc and it was honestly really difficult. The people interviewing me seemed very serious and more focused on what I know rather than qualities about me and my background...def not what I was expecting.

Do you remember any of the interview questions?

It was all rapid fire clinical scenario based questions, something I would expect for an experienced nurse interview, not a new grad program.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Did they contact you via email or phone call for the interview invite?

Applied in August and haven't heard anything. It said online that interviews should be happening now, but my status hasn't updated in the portal and I haven't heard anything. 

I applied for La Jolla for my first choice. Has anyone else heard anything? And specifically has anyone gotten interviewed or gotten an offer from La Jolla?

I applied for MedSurg and haven't heard back yet? I have done the 8 part video interview but nothing since . Anyone get an email that their interview was sent to hiring manager ? I haven't gotten anything and very nervous.
