Hi! Making this so we can all talk about the process together.

Thanks!

I had mine too, at about 11:45. I feel like it went well, but honestly I have no idea. I was trying to gauge their response to figure out how interested they were, but I couldn't tell one way or the other. I'm still in the "over-analyzing everything I said" phase so I feel like there's so many things I wish I would have articulated better. But it's done so all I can do is pray í ½í¸‚ How did yours go?

I'm interviewing later today, how was the process for you? Was it a tough interview?

It was fairly smooth. After checking in I waited for about 20 minutes and then they called me into interview with a panel of 4 hiring managers from Scripps La Jolla. They asked about 8 typical personality-based questions and then went on to a 21 question "rapid fire" round. They were all very friendly and took notes throughout the interview. Overall it was a great first interview experience, regardless of whether or not I get the job. Good luck!

Anyone ask when we should hear back by? Super nervous.

They said we'll be notified either way via email by the end of next week! How did your interview go?

I think it went well. They were intrigued by some of my answers and then when I asked them questions at the end one of the supervisors told me I had great questions.. so I'm hopeful. I absolutely loved the panel I had and would love to work for them so I'm hopeful but not too optimistic because I felt so nervous.

I have mixed feelings about my interview. Of course *I* thought it went well, but the only way to find out is if I hear back! I felt kind of bummed because some of the questions I had planned for them were all answered in that FAQ sheet haha.

Did anyone else bring portfolios?

Yeah I was super nervous so I'm not sure my true personality was able to be shown so that's why I'm not optimistic that I'll get it. I brought portfolios!

I brought portfolios too

Does anyone know how we were paired up with hospital that we interviewed with?

I live in Carlsbad and I interviewed with Scripps Chula Vista. The manager asked me why I was interviewing with Chula Vista if I live in North County and she seemed to be concerned about my drive. Of course I told her that I was willing to make the drive because working for Scripps is my dream, but I felt that it could affect me getting hired. As a matter of fact, in my cover letter I stated that I wanted Encinitas, hoping I could get an interview with them. The manager also asked me why I was interviewing for the new grad program if I have 4 months acute care RN experience...? She also made that a huge deal...she said I should have just applied for a regular position..........but I thought you needed at least one year experience?

I think new grad is normally less than 6 months experience.. sorry you interview wasn't very positive.. hopefully you still get the job!

Has anyone had a status change or date on the interview status change? I read in a past forum that people had date changes. I'm trying so hard to be patient, but it's definitely difficult lol.
