Hello, I'm in the process of applying for Scripps Health ICU transition program. My top two choices are Scripps Memorial La Jolla neuro/ trauma ICU and Scripps Mercy San Diego ICU. I was wondering if anyone knew how the culture was on this units. How they treat new nurses and how the training is. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you
