Scottsdale Healthcare new grad hiring process, help!!!

Hello everyone!

I have been researching about SHC's hiring process for the new grad program. I have a phone interview this week with HR and want to know what to expect in the hiring process??? I am so nervous and want this job so bad. I heard they usually only hire internal candidates which makes me more uneasy with this process (I'm not internal). Any information will be greatly appreciated!!!! Thanks!
