Scores sent to wrong school?

I took my HESI test in November, and when I looked at my score report today, the wrong school was listed under "Institution". I'm sure I entered the correct department ID, so I don't know why the wrong school would show up. I tried calling Evolve with no luck, so I'm not sure what I should do. Can anyone help me out? Thanks!

(Also, if anyone has other questions about the HESI test, I'd be happy to answer them if I can!)

Hi,

Do you know how long it should take for scores to be sent? I had called them to pay and send my scores to a nursing school in early Dec, and my application to the nursing school is still saying that they have not received it yet. And I have not yet been able to reach anyone by calling the school.

However, my friend who sent hers in to the same school, just a few weeks ago, has already arrived at the school.
