Originally established as a teacher training school in 1907, East Carolina University (ECU) has since expanded to over 1,600 acres. ECU is the fourth largest university in North Carolina. Admissions
The ECU College of Nursing admits 130 BSN students each semester from a pool of 200 to 250 applicants per term.
