I graduated school in 2008, I gave up on the nclex-PN, after 3 failed exams but I really want to go back for my RN. and suggestions on review classes in MD ?

It's been 6 years since you graduated, you've failed 3x.. Realistically it's going to be tougher. Kaplan has really good test taking strategies (the book) as well as Saunders for practice questions.

First, find out if you qualify for sitting for the NCLEX-PN; some states have a time limit from your the time you graduate and a several year limit in obtaining your license; if that is the case, your best bet is to enroll into a RN program; find out if your area is "BSN preferred"...research, research, research, and go from there.

Best wishes.
