Hi, I graduated with a BS in nursing in 1999 and took the NCLEX once and failed. Nursing school wasn't really a love of mine, but I've decided to give it another try. Can anybody give me some advice on how to get back in and brush up on my knowledge to help me pass the NCLEX? I was thinking about getting my CNA license and working in a hospital in order to re-learn the things I've forgotten and study from the Princeton NCLEX prep-book. Any advice?

I would contact your state/provincial Board Of Nursing, and see if there are any suggestions and/or additional requirements that would block your path to licensure. Clear these up FIRST. THEN get hold of some good current NCLEX books/CD-ROM's to study/review.

Best wishes and I hope you get what you want!
