How quickly do you want to become an LVN and how much do you want to spend? That pretty much determines which program to chose. I would recommend steering clear of schools like American Career College, which are very expensive and do not have a high NCLEX pass rate. I only have experience with a handful of these schools: Baldy View ROP has great instructors, but I'm not sure about their pricing. Casa Loma has a decent program, but they are also expensive. I've heard good things about Chaffey and Cirtus, but again, don't know about their pricing. Community Colleges like Pasadena are great and inexpensive, but often have a wait list. Downey Adult School is inexpensive and has a merit based entry program. Basically, as ZiggysGal said, go to this page BVNPT - California Accredited Schools and start calling around to get info. Good luck!
