I spent about $500 on books, supplies etc.

It was the most satisfying shopping spree I've been on;) I really enjoyed shopping for my new adventure.

I start University of Portland School of Nursing next week, transferring from Chemeketa. For this term I have spent about $500 on books and $150 on scrubs and other supplies. I found the majority of my books on Amazon and Chegg. I always buy used if I can, and sometimes I have bought the previous editions of books (for my prereqs) for only $5 or so from Amazon. This term, I only had to buy 3 of the 11 books from the bookstore. I rent books from Chegg if it is not one that I will want to keep. Just take some time to look at different places online. BookByte is also a good one.

Good Luck! I am so excited to finally be starting this leg of the journey!
