Scholarship application help please!- Referrals?

I need some suggestions on referrals for my scholarship application. I need two referrals, and they ask for a teacher/instructor/counselor or an employer/supervisor, there is also a section for "other". I'm not sure who to ask, as I have been out of school for 14 years, a self-employed small business owner and full time mom for the past 8 years, I don't have any of those people in my life! The classes I took over the summer were either online, or something where there really wasn't much interaction with the instructors, so I really can't ask any of them. I am applying for part time CNA jobs right now, but even if I got hired today, I won't have been at a job long enough before the application is due to ask anyone there to fill out a referral.

Who else can I ask? I've been so busy with the kids and business that I haven't really been active in any community groups or church lately, so I can't look in that direction either. I really need to apply for scholarships, and have a 4.0 for the four classes I took over the summer, and feel I can write a decent essay. I'm just so stumped on the referrals!
