Schizophrenia questions

I'm doing an assignment on schizophrenia patient with increase in paranoia.

How do those patients act and how do they normally respond to assessment questions?

First, let's refer to them as a pt with a diagnosis of schizophrenia; not "a schizophrenia pt".

Agreed with the above - would love to help clarify your understanding or answer questions based on what you've already learned, but bring us that information, too! There are reasons entire books are devoted to understanding schizophrenia. There is no single answer to your question, either, because patients with schizophrenia don't all act one certain way.
