OK guys! I just got off the phone with the bookstore who is in charge of the refunds.

*if you ordered ebooks then you’ll get a full refund
* if you order the books and ebooks then no refund will be issued

if you ordered books and ebooks and got the refund then they will only send you the ebooks. They will only cover the cost of the cheapest route. 
if I want a refund I would have to send back the books and get all ebooks.

Why don’t they just pay for a portion of them, and we just pay the difference for the hard copy.

From my understanding, they will refund the ebook portion who got the textbook and ebook. At least that is what they said yesterday when I called.

I hope they refund partial. But from what ---------------------- said she told me I wouldn’t get one cause I got books and ebooks. She did state the ones getting refund they will start next week

I still feel like they didn’t know much about it. I wish they would give ebooks free and then we purchase the hard books separately.

I asked about getting a partial refund for those of us who got the hard copies and she said unfortunately no partial refund just refund for those who bought all ebooks.
