Has anyone purchased/used this book before and found it to be helpful, or necessary, so to speak? http://www.us.elsevierhealth.com/product.jsp?isbn=9781455742479&navAction=&navCount=10

Never used this in nursing school and did fine. Does it sound neat? Yeah. Is it probably overpriced and you could get through nursing school with a basic planner? Yeah. I always bought the student planner from my university. It was $5 and they were everywhere once I got to campus. It was nice to have football games, spring break, finals week, and important dates for grades already on it. But that's just me.
True. It just looked cool! I just found out Saturday so its still new to me and I'm browsing things. Thanks for the reply!

Barnes and Nobles let me take this out of the wrapper and look at it....I wanted to like it, but I didn't :/
It was so wordy! I wanted a good day/weekly/monthly planner! If that is what you want, this isn't what you need.
It had page after page of reference material. If what you want is a reference guide and a planner on a the side go for it!
Oh okay. I'll just stick with the planner I have now. I know it's been mentioned before but what is good for pharmacology? It's integrated into our program and so is patho. What is a good reference book for patho?
