Hey all,
I'm kinda new here. Was only reading for a while but now decided to come out of the dark ;-)
I'm a foreign trained nurse from Israel and I'm taking the exam June 7th in Michigan.
I just finished reading the review book and started with the CD and I was wondering - is the level the same in the exam itself, in terms of how hard/easy the questions are?
Are the real exam Qs harder then the Saunders practice Qs or is it about the same level?
Thanks and good luck to us all,
D.

Saunders is great use the CD analytical level and you should be fine.

Well honestly I tool the nclex once before and Saunders is a little easier in terms of being straight forward. But it's great for content. If I could maybe suggest Kaplan? It's formatted exactly like the NCLEX and the questions are little more difficult. Some say more difficult then the nclex but which will only count with u and not against u! Good luck!
Thanks for your comment! :)
I also have the Kaplan CD, NCLEX 4000 & Mosby, so I'll take a look at those too, and really get a good "all round" idea of what I'm facing.

As i have tried so many resources,NCLEX 4000 questions are almost similar to NCLEX.Mosby is great for priotization and delegation questions which you will see a lot in NCLEX.
Good luck.
