Saunders Comprehensive Review. Huge Difference btw editions?

I want to purchase a Saunders Nclex study guide and found out that they will release a new edition Nov. 5. Is there a huge difference btw each edition each year? Would buying a 2005 or 2004 edition be too out of date to use?

There is probably not a huge difference, but since it is just a matter of a few weeks, I'd wait for the new edition. Especially if you are going to buy it new.

I have edition 2 & 3. I can't see any difference except they are arranged a little differently. From just looking through... the questions seem to be the same. I like my 2nd edition best because of the way it's laid out. The only reason I bought the 3rd was because my school required it to do weekly questions on/cd to turn in.
