SAUDI COUNCIL Good standing TO Ahpra

Hi Good day everyone. Can somebody help me how to send Good standing certificate from saudi council directly to AHPRA. I have been working as a nurse in riyadh for 5 years. At the moment, im processing my ahpra application. I'm still here in Riyadh. The problem is according to the saudi council representative from my hospital that im working said that saudi council office no longer send Good standing certificates via mail they only send it via email which is valid. Our saudi council representive even told me that even if i go to saudi council office and ask them to send my Good standing certificate they wont entertain me. Saudi council office is 1 hour travel from my place. I dont want to go there and end up wasting my time. Has anyone able to send your certificates via saudi council office to ahpra?

Hi! The COGS is now generated online and send it to our emails. Do u have any idea how to be able to send the cogs directly from saudi council to ahpra?

Someone should be there in Saudi, who can go directly to the Saudi council and submit needed documents then they can send it to Aphra directly.

Request for the certificate from your mumaris account,download it, and then make a request from tawasul. Schfs usually will reply the following day and will ask for the cogs to be send back to them.

Hi! Actually I wanna help all those who are or have worked as HCPs (nurses as well as doctors) in Saudi Arabia and need to send their Certificate of Good Standing (COGS) to Ahpra, Australia. You first need to log in your Mumaris account and pay 300 SAR (by Credit Card if you are outside Saudi Arabia) in order to make a request for your latest COGS, then once you make a payment, the COGS will be instantaneously downloaded and you can save it. Then go to Mumaris tawasul (https://scfhs.org.sa/en/tawasul#tawasol-form) in order to make a request to send your COGS to Ahpra, Australia. Ticket will be raised and you will get a Ticket number in order to follow your request. When you enter the ticket number in Mumaris tawasul in order to track the status of your request, the message will be in Arabic (you can translate it in English via Google translate). After few days you will receive an email from Central verification ([email protected]) that your COGS (copy attached) has been forwarded to the Aphra, Australia via email. Actually this email you receive is the CC of the same email which SCFHS forward to Ahpra, Australia ([email protected]). 

If there is delay you can always call SCFHS on this phone number ([phone]),

press 1 and choose Arabic language (as 2 for English doesn't work), but speak in English (if you are not so good with Arabic as I did)

 

N.B. SCFHS neither accept any personal request (as I personally arranged one of my friends who went to SCFHS, Office, Riyadh, but they told him to make a request via Mumaris tawasul) nor any email requests.
