Tweety I move a lot in my sleep but I don't think I've ever fallen out of the bed

Stars that is a long time to be in a caregiving situation, I can see how it could be very wearying

Ado that is a long day.  Glad she wasn't injured in the fall

NJ22 hope you heal soon, glad the fall wasn't more serious

Yesterday was not quiet at work, both the person I was covering for and myself got new cases, so they day started out crazy.  Was a bit discouraging, but did get it all done and things settled down by the end of the day

The rest of the day was quiet, went to the library and exercised.  Woke up in the early morning and had some difficulty getting back to sleep, read for a bit and was able to sleep intermittently the rest of the night.

Today will get out for bird watching as usual probably at the Arboretum, then will have lunch with dad as usual.  Have some baking planned for today too.  Svengoolie has the British version of The Mummy, I may watch that

Think it will be in the mid to upper 60s today

Mid-70's today, but right now it is 64 degrees. I woke up at 9 AM, fed Momo, made coffee, took my pills (except for the prednisone which I will take with some food in a little while.) I may have to doze a while longer,as I feel the need for....well, NOT speed, that's for sure!

Have another sink full of dirty dishes again. I am getting to the point where I actually would like it a LOT if there was a dish washer here....... besides me, I mean.

The terrible gypsies are fading, fading, fading. Yesterday I was astonished to notice I was walking almost with my usual gait, a welcome relief from hobbling. However, the rash.....which is still ITCHING behind my left ear, and in front of my left ear and on my left temple and forehead, and also  continues downward to the clavicle, and is now also on the other side of my neck, and my shoulders, esp by the bra-strap. I woulda thought the Prednisone would have had a little more effect on the rash by now.

I'm going to close my eyes and relax; waking up and getting up are not too appealing to me right now!

So, two hours went by in a blink, after I put down the laptop. 😴  ZZzzzzzzz!

I have an interesting red mark (part of 'the' rash) on my inner right wrist......it is a heart shape, right next to where you'd check someone's pulse;  it's about a quarter of an inch in size....a perfect heart shape, and very cute! 🤗  Serendipity!

Oh gosh! Time Out for Nannie Routine....😑

How can it be 72 degrees but with a "feels like" temp of 84 degrees? Especially since the humidity is only 35% ? Going to be partly, then mostly cloudy. No rain predicted.

Interesting way Nannie had of approaching her breakfast: She ate four bites of cherry yogurt, then poured some chocolate BOOST into it, drank that. Then I had to tell her to eat the rest of her yogurt with the spoon. After she did, I had to tell her 4x to put her spoon down on the tray. Then I reminded her she has to also drink her juice. She did. Then I told her she also needs to drink the rest of her BOOST, for which she picked up her spoon again. Nope, I told her, she can't pour it into the spoon as if it is cough syrup,  (I just could see it in my mind's eye, that chocolate drink all dumped onto her pale blue jersey, sweater, and white pants!)

Now it is 2 PM, and so we start the rest of the afternoon. No plans except to wash those #*$%*& dishes in the sink!

Gouda🧀 Gnus 🐂 :  Nannie has been asleep for 3 + 1/2 hours, I'm doing a small load of laundry that is just used dish-towels that have "accrued", along with those dishes. And now the dishes are done, as well!

So, my emoji's are actually Swiss Cheese and a Bull, but that's the best I could do with the limited 'catalog' of choices!

Good evening!

Hi Joe, hope you have a good evening.

J22, sorry about the tumble.  Ouch

Stars, good to read about your good labs and hope the rash clears up.

Garden variety day at work.  Staffing was decent.  Was called unprofessional by my tech when I said "you hear that?  That's the sound of a call light not being answered on your side".   Oh well....
