Dianah I am now working from home again, a few years ago I was briefly back  in the office

Started work early, thankfully I did not have to skip lunch this time and got done on time

After work decided to stop briefly at a local bar/restaurant for a drink, just to get out.  Was nice, although there were few people at the bar.  Might try again when there are more people, might have an interesting conversation

Went for a walk and thought about going to the beginner yoga class, but found out it had already started.  Guess they moved up the time.  Will try some other  time

Will be joining the bird watching group for the last regularly scheduled event, so I' up early.  Think I prefer my style of bird watching, which involves a lot of walking, to theirs,  which involves staying in one place

Will meet dad for lunch as usual.   Svengoolie has Killer Shrews, which I've seen before.  Has James Best from The Dukes of Hazzard

Will be a bit warmer today, in the mid 80s

Afternoon~ It is 62 with breezes that feel a touch COLD, it's gray and it is sprinkling rain. Same tomorrow, they say. I got more birdseed yesterday, but am not going to refill any while we are having wet weather. When birdseed sprouts, the birds won't eat them. The hummingbirds are still out there feeding away in spite of the rain.

I got up at noontime, and got Nannie up and dressed, too. Hubby was a tad sloshy this morning; he went out to the car early and slept a little more, and probably had a glug or two while he was out there. When he came in, he went upstairs and back to bed for a few hours. Now he is up in the kitchen, maybe snacking?

OY! Again with the laundry today, just one big load. I figure if I am going to be sitting here in the den most of the afternoon, I might as well knock out the dirty clothes and towels. 

 We lost last night's game ? and, weather permitting, there is supposed to be another game at 4 PM ? but I am not sure if there is rain going on down in Atlanta. We'll see ... or we won't! Hate the words on the screen that say "WEATHER DELAY". If they think it might ease off, they will be playing old interviews and highlights until it is time to take the tarp off the playing field. Since this is an afternoon game, they may wait 3-4 hours before/if they decide to play. I really try to avoid as much of the pre- and post-game shows as it is a lot of blah-blah-blah.

The left knee gypsies are ~ knock-on-wood ~ relatively quiet. I don't plan on aggravating them today, if I can help it. The left shoulder is sort of aching at times, but not horrible.

Joe, are the Killer Shrews transmogrified into GIANTS? Giant shrews must have giant front teeth. Scary!

I've had worse days at work but can't say much good about today.
